Storage Tips

Preparation

Start by gathering all the supplies you’ll need like boxes, markers, and packing materials, then make an inventory list you can use throughout your process to ensure everything is accounted for.
Packing

Organize your items by room or by category and label each box in multiple places so you can easily find them later. Don’t forget to wrap fragile items in bubble wrap or newspaper to prevent damage.

Storage Techniques

You can plan your storage design by measuring out the size of the unit beforehand to see what size you’ll actually need. We suggest laying down plastic wrap at the bottom of the unit if you don’t want your items touching the ground. Also, make sure items that need to be accessed often are at the front of the unit and not hidden.
